Shipping Policies

Magmedix is committed to delivering your order as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Shipping costs and delivery timelines displayed at checkout are estimates and may change due to carrier adjustments or logistical factors. If a shipping cost changes, Magmedix may prepay the freight and add the charge to your invoice. This helps prevent carrier chargebacks when customer shipping accounts cannot be used.

Freight Charges

Freight charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. Freight costs are not discountable and are due according to invoice terms.

Customer Shipping Accounts

Magmedix will make every effort to ship using your provided carrier account. However, if the account cannot be used, freight will be prepaid and added to your invoice. If a carrier chargeback occurs, a separate freight invoice will be issued and subject to standard payment terms, including late fees if applicable.

Using Your Own Freight Provider

When customers arrange their own freight, Magmedix packages shipments with maximum protection. However, once the shipment leaves our loading dock, Magmedix is not responsible for transit damage. Insurance claims must be started by the receiver of the freight account holder. We will assist with insurance claims when possible and provide repair quotes if needed.

Back-Ordered Items

Orders will ship as items become available, and freight will only be charged once. If you require a specific delivery date, please contact Customer Service at (866) 529-3526 prior to placing your order.
