Magmedix gladly accepts Purchase Orders from the following organizations:

Hospitals:
  • No credit application required
  • Net 30 Day Payment Terms
    • Continually late payments will cause revocation of NET 30 Day Terms
Standalone Clinics:
  • No Credit application required
  • Net 30 Day Payment Terms
    • Continually late payments will cause revocation of NET 30 Day Terms
Resale Distributors:
  • Credit application required
    • First order is to be paid via Credit Card or ACH payment prior to shipment
  • Provide Resale Certificate
