Products sold by Magmedix are fully warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship. Manufacturers may provide additional warranties and may be applicable to customers in a particular case. Neither Magmedix nor the manufacturers may be held responsible for customer's use or misuse of merchandise and limit their obligation to replacement of product. Copies of manufacturers warranties are available to customers upon request. After the warranty expiration period, Magmedix, Inc., may provide service for a customer and the customer is charged at Magmedix, Inc.'s then current prices for materials, parts, labor, and shipping costs. For Warranty Replacement parts Magmedix offers GROUND shipping at no charge, any upgrade from that is the responsibility fo the customer to pay for. Example: if overnight shipping is requested the customer will be required to pay the difference between the GROUDN cost and OVERNIGHT Cost. This OVERNIGHT cost will be required to be paid via credit card prior to shipping. Magmedix, Inc. does not warrant the loss, damage or defects of any product that is the result of shipping, storage, accident, abuse, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire or other hazard, failure to use reasonable care, or lack of routine maintenance and care.
