Offline Orders (Purchase Orders)

·No merchandise will be accepted without prior Return Authorization (RA) from Magmedix.

·RA requests must be submitted within 10 business days of receiving goods.

·Authorized returns must be unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging (unless defective).

·Non-returnable items: PVC stretchers, wheelchairs, and other PVC products.

·A 35% restocking fee applies to all returns, excluding defective merchandise.

·Customers are responsible for all freight /shipping charges for the return.

·For paid invoices, a credit memo will be issued and applied to the customer’s account. Credits remain valid for 10 years. After that period, unused credits will expire.

·Refunds are not issued by check or credit card.

Online Orders (thru Magmedix website)

·Orders already picked up by the carrier cannot be canceled.

·RA requests must be made within 10 business days of receipt of goods.

·Shipping charges are non-refundable.

·A 35% restocking fee applies

·Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

·Orders not yet picked up by the carrier may be canceled, subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Additional Conditions

·Built-to-order items are not returnable.

Returned Items

·Return Authorization Number must be on outside of package.

·All returned items must be returned in original packaging.

·All returned items must be unused and in resalable condition. Used items are not eligible for refund.

·If an item can be repaired, the cost of parts and labor will be deducted from the refund amount.

·Items must be received by Magmedix within 20 Days of issuance of Return Authorization
