Off Line Orders - No merchandise is accepted without obtaining a return authorization from Magmedix. Requests for return authorization must be made within 10 business days of receipt of goods. Authorized returned merchandise, unless defective, must be unused and in resalable condition and in their original packaging. PVC Stretchers, wheelchairs and other PVC items are non-returnable. There is a 35% restocking charge on all returned merchandise, excluding defective merchandise, and the customer is responsible for all freight charges. On a paid invoice the customer will be issued a credit memo. Magmedix will hold the credit against your account for up to 10 years. If that credit is not used in 10 years it goes away. Magmedix does not return the money via check or credit card.

Online Orders - Online orders that have been picked up by the carrier cannot be canceled. A request for a return Authorization is required. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. A 35% restocking fee applies to the product price. Return shipping is the responsibility of the person / company sending the product back.

Orders NOT picked up by the carrier may be canceled and a 25% restocking fee applies to the product price. 

Built to order items are Not Returnable.
