Upon receipt of shipment, inspect for parcel shortages or damages. Note the problem on the bill of lading and notify the carrier immediately to initiate a customer freight claim. Claims for merchandise damaged during transport must be made directly to the transport company. You MUST also notify Magmedix of any damages. 

Damage reports MUST be made within 10 days of receipt of the shipment. Any damages reported after the 10 days will not be considered for shipping damage replacement and will be charged at the current parts pricing.
